Join Healthy Aging specialist, Jill Simpson for a unique physical exercise program created to stimulate your brain function. While your body works on improving balance, coordination, aerobic capacity, and muscle strength, your brain will be working on an ever-changing series of entertaining and challenging mental tasks, all timed to the rhythm of lively and energetic music.


Each class consists of 60 minutes of combined physical and cognitive exercise followed by a weekly take-home Healthy Brain Tip to apply to daily life. Classes may be done seated or standing.

A guest speaker at both the Reversing Alzheimer’s Summit 0.4 and the Alzheimer’s 2024 World Summit, Jill has used her almost 4000 live and virtual classes to experiment with the most effective combinations of exercise, music, and mental stimulation to maximize cognitive function in the aging brain.
